Due to the nature of our customized product, we make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied. If we have made an error on your order, we will be happy to exchange for a re-do. If you are still unsatisfied, we will refund your money for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date, and your account will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
